Our client, a top-tier European Multinational, is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead their Spanish market expansion. As a key member of the European HQ team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive growth and revenue in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Development: Identify and evaluate market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to tailor strategies effectively.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and creating targeted outreach strategies.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and materials.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior sales or business development role within the engineering, construction, or related sector.
  • Previous relevant experience managing teams.

Requirements:

  • Home Office Based in Madrid with willingness to travel across Spain as required by market needs.
