Job Title: Assistant Director of Sales Leisure

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Assistant Director of Sales Leisure. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing strong business relationships, achieving revenue targets, and promoting our services and amenities to existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow the leisure segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including wholesalers, retailers, and consortia
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and develop targeted offers to specific markets
  • Represent the resort at trade shows, exhibitions, and sales calls
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to explore new markets and prepare compelling proposals
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of administrative reports
  • Mentor and share expertise with the leisure sales team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the regional luxury market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
