Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Director to lead our international sales team and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective global sales strategies, leading high-performance sales teams, and negotiating agreements with luxury partners.
Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement global sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the luxury market
* Lead and manage a high-performing international sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations
* Negotiate and close agreements with luxury partners to drive business growth and revenue
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive improvement
* Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment
* Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are informed and aligned
* Build and participate in the recruitment of the Sales team
* Report on sales results to the company Vice President and Board Members
Requirements
------------
* A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Proven work experience as Regional or Global Director of Sales, or Director of Sales for multi-properties within the luxury hospitality industry
* International experience is required
* Experience within Luxury International hotel chains
* Experience in managing a high-performance sales team
* Strong organizational and leadership skills
* Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
* Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
