Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Director to lead our international sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective global sales strategies, leading the sales team to achieve sales targets, and negotiating agreements with luxury partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead and manage the international sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Negotiate and close agreements with luxury partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client needs
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are informed
  • Build and participate in the recruitment of the Sales team
  • Report on sales results to the company Vice President and Board Members
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven work experience as Regional or Global Director of Sales, or Director of Sales for multi-properties within the luxury hospitality industry
  • International experience required
  • Experience within Luxury International hotel chains
  • Experience in managing a high-performance sales team
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
