**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Director to lead our sales operations in the US and EU markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

• **Sales Leadership**: Lead and manage the US and European sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• **Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture market share and drive revenue growth.

• **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• **Negotiation and Closing**: Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with corporate clients.

• **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.

• **Sales Forecasting**: Develop accurate sales forecasts and report on sales performance to senior management.

• **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.

• **Team Development**: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and professional growth.

**Requirements**

• 3+ years of experience in corporate sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Advanced negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High level of integrity and professionalism.
