About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Director to lead our sales operations in the US and EU market.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A strong background in corporate sales and leadership
  2. Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  3. A proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the US and European sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  2. Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture market share and drive revenue growth.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with corporate clients.
  5. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
  6. Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and report on sales performance to senior management.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  8. Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and professional growth.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience in corporate sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  6. Advanced negotiation skills
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
