Job Title: Corporate Venture Capital Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Venture Capital Director to join our team at Alantra Group. As a key member of our Corporate Venture Capital Advisory Unit, you will collaborate with corporates in their CVC strategy, providing end-to-end advice on deal flow origination, negotiation and execution of investments, and portfolio management support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Interaction: Lead the interaction with clients on a daily basis, organizing the activity, the deployment of the program, and the reporting.
  2. Team Management: Manage the team and coordinate activities: deal flow generation & analysis, network development, preparation of investment proposals, negotiation and execution of transactions, portfolio management, and reporting.
  3. New Business Opportunities: Collaborate in the identification of new business opportunities & new clients, pitch preparation, and presentation to potential clients, industry analysis.

Requirements:

  1. +7 years of professional experience.
  2. +4 years in Venture Capital, Corporate Venture Capital, VC investments roles, or similar.
  3. Track record in VC investments and negotiation and execution of transactions.
  4. Strong international VC network.
  5. Strong team management skills & experience.
