About the Role: IE University is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Business Development Director to join its dynamic and international team of professionals. As a key member of the Corporate Relations department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining new corporate accounts with a focus on Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Strategic Alliances: Identify and establish partnerships with key corporate clients in Spain, driving business growth and expansion.
  2. Business Development and Diagnostic Projects: Develop and execute business development strategies, conduct diagnostic projects, and provide consultative sales support to drive business growth.
  3. Commercial Activities: Manage commercial activities, including sales, co-creation, and management of academic projects with IE's various schools and departments, to develop long-term relationships with targeted and strategic accounts.
  4. Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure the corporate strategy in the region is coherently integrated throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  1. Master's Degree: A Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
  2. Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, with Arabic being a plus.
  3. Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales-oriented roles, with experience in B2B sales and CRM systems being highly desirable.
  4. Skills and Qualifications: Strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to integrate and manage diverse groups.
