About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Venture Capital Director to join our team at Alantra Group. As a key member of our Corporate Venture Capital Advisory Unit, you will collaborate with corporates in their CVC strategy, providing end-to-end advice on deal flow origination, negotiation and execution of investments, and portfolio management support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Lead the interaction with clients on a daily basis, organizing the activity, the deployment of the program, and the reporting.
- Team Management: Manage the team and coordinate activities: deal flow generation & analysis, network development, preparation of investment proposals, negotiation and execution of transactions, portfolio management, and reporting.
- New Business Opportunities: Collaborate in the identification of new business opportunities & new clients, pitch preparation, and presentation to potential clients, industry analysis.
Requirements:
- +7 years of professional experience.
- +4 years in Venture Capital, Corporate Venture Capital, VC investments roles, or similar.
- Track record in VC investments and negotiation and execution of transactions.
- Strong international VC network.
- Strong team management skills & experience.
