At Alantra Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Venture Capital Director to join our team.
About the Role:
The Corporate Venture Capital Director will be responsible for leading the interaction with clients on a daily basis, organizing the activity, the deployment of the program, and the reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the team and coordinate the activity: deal flow generation & analysis, network development, preparation of investment proposals, negotiation and execution of transactions, portfolio management, and reporting.
- Collaborate in the identification of new business opportunities and new clients, pitch preparation, and presentation to potential clients, industry analysis.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional experience.
- 4+ years in Venture Capital, Corporate Venture Capital, VC investments roles, or similar.
- Track record in VC investments and negotiation and execution of transactions.
- Strong international VC network.
- Strong team management skills and experience.
- Language skills in English (at native speaker level) are a requirement.
- Technology skills and knowledge will be appreciated.
- Previous experience with clients and communication skills will be appreciated.
- International background and experience will be appreciated.
- The highest level of integrity and ability to act as a role model for our values and business principles.
