Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and close sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the outsourced services market.
  • Ability to influence all organizational levels.
  • Professional background in outsourcing of technical/engineering or related services.
  • Strong educational background.
  • Extensive experience in developing outsourcing solutions, pricing and org development models.
  • Entrepreneurial approach and a growth mindset.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of business documents.
  • Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
  • Technically savvy with solid experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent written & spoken English & Spanish.
