About the Role

Cbre is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and close sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and build long-term professional customer relationships.
  • Identify and build a long-term active pipeline for sales opportunities.
  • Provide leadership to sales teams and ensure they have the necessary training and development opportunities.
  • Take ownership of sales and tender documents and presentations.
  • Represent Cbre at industry events and promote the company's image.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a plan to accomplish client retention and acquisition.
  • Manage the creation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
  • Establish corporate relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Lead interactions in a client-facing role for high-value sales opportunities.
  • Evaluate industry and business trends and analyze performance.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in winning new business.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the outsourced services market.
  • Ability to influence all organizational levels.
  • Professional background in outsourcing of technical/engineering or related services.
  • Strong education background.
  • Extensive experience in developing outsourcing solutions, pricing, and org development models.
  • Entrepreneurial approach and growth mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize key initiatives and develop business development efforts.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of business documents.
  • Technical savvy with solid experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
