Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Liferay. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
  • Provide sales training and coaching to sales team members

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the enterprise software industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with additional languages a plus
