Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Director to lead our international sales team and develop effective global sales strategies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Negotiate and close agreements with partners in the luxury segment
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are informed
  • Build and participate in the recruitment of sales team members
  • Report on sales results to the company Vice President and Board Members

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as Regional or Global Director of Sales, or Director of Sales for multi-properties within the luxury hospitality industry
  • International experience is required
  • Experience within Luxury International hotel chains
  • Experience in managing a high-performance sales team
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
