Job Description

Global Head of Sales Enablement

The Global Head of Sales Enablement will report to the Market & Industry Director. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Analyzing sales results at geographical and individual levels.
  2. Evaluating efficiency and improvement streams and cascading with sales managers.
  3. Coordinating target setting processes.
  4. Driving the global sales network to coordinate actions and global development processes.
  5. Collecting inputs from the global sales network to improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales.
  6. Reviewing and discussing geo and individual performance to drive performance improvement plans.
  7. Facilitating the rollout of IT systems for the sales function, including training of the sales functions.
  8. Helping countries define their sales planning with the objective to maximize effectiveness in building sales pipeline.
  9. Working with country sales managers and peers on the development of a comprehensive business development strategy.
  10. Demonstrating key leadership behaviors of foresight, customer centricity, respect/care, and result orientation.

Key Responsibilities

The Global Head of Sales Enablement will be responsible for:

  • Proactively engaging with sales representatives of different countries to ensure they hit their targets.
  • Creating a high-performance culture and helping country sales managers improve their teams' performance.
  • Contributing to a forecasting process and following up with countries for the respective plans and actions.
  • Ensuring that all aspects of sales activities are recorded according to business area requirements.
  • Identifying business development opportunities, supporting sales and delivery teams to propose new business, and driving such opportunities from concept to implementation and execution of plans and tracking outcomes.
