Papernest is a French startup and member of the French Tech 120, founded in 2015. Our platform enables individuals to manage their contracts and subscriptions on a daily basis, providing a seamless experience for users.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Inside Sales and Account Management team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales productivity and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Training & Development: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the skills of our sales team.
- Content & Resources: Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and product collaterals, to ensure our sales team has the necessary tools to succeed.
- Sales Process Optimization: Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices and standardized procedures to enhance sales efficiency.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and provide regular reports and feedback to sales leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, and sales leadership to ensure alignment on messaging, campaigns, and business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, sales management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering effective sales training programs.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Good level of understanding of CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ideal candidate speaks French at native level and has a good level of Spanish.
