Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Inside Sales and Account Management team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales productivity and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training & Development: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the skills of our sales team.
  • Content & Resources: Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and product collaterals, to ensure our sales team has the necessary tools to succeed.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices and standardized procedures to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and provide regular reports and feedback to sales leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, and sales leadership to ensure alignment on messaging, campaigns, and business goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, sales management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective sales training programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Good level of understanding of CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ideal candidate speaks French at native level and has a good level of Spanish.
