- Business Partnering
- Collaborate with senior leaders across various departments to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Provide financial insights and guidance to support business unit goals
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA, CPA, or other professional qualification preferred
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in a business unit or divisional capacity (5-10 years)
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
