About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team at Engie Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading the HR Operations team and driving efficiency and harmonization across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the HR Operations team to ensure seamless execution of HR processes and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Design and implement a roadmap for the setup of Global Business Support (GBS) to enhance HR operations.
  • Oversee payroll and hiring processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Manage salary payments, social security, taxes, immigration, and other related tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain databases, reports, and surveys to inform HR decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive HR-led digitalization and data collection.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in HR Operations managerial roles in multinational companies.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll, tax, and social security schemes.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including labor law, compensation, and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to interact with business leaders and employees.
  • Data literacy to drive decision-making and change.
  • Bachelor's degree in labor relations, human resources, business administration, or related field, plus postgraduate studies.
  • SAP advanced user.
