HR Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead our HR Operations Team and ensure the highest standards of support are provided to the business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the HR Operations Team to deliver excellent customer service and ensure all transactional processes are accurate and timely.
- Oversee the effective delivery of payroll input, including overtime, salary changes, and bonuses, ensuring employees are paid correctly and timely.
- Maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with all relevant FME policies and HR Compliance guidelines.
- Monitor and ensure HR policies and services are compliant with the HR Compliance Framework.
- Provide accurate management information, including gross to net, reconciliation, and headcount reporting.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure the function meets its statutory audit duties.
- Provide insight and recommendations to the business on upcoming changes to payroll legislation.
- Manage the monthly payroll forecast files and ensure all stakeholders receive the information required to accurately forecast spending in their teams.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other managers and leadership teams in HR and Finance.
- Knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Experience with payroll software and systems.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
