We are seeking an experienced Hr/Payroll Operations Manager to lead our HR Operations Team and deliver exceptional support to our business. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of support are provided to our employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the HR Operations Team: Develop and engage the team to deliver excellent customer service and ensure the highest standards of support are provided to the business.
- Payroll and Transactional Processes: Lead the effective and accurate delivery of all transactional processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring they are fit for purpose, delivered with accuracy and within agreed timeframes.
- Payroll Reconciliations and Compliance: Complete payroll reconciliations and ensure any differences can be justified. Maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with all relevant FME policies, HR Compliance guidelines, manuals, and SOPs.
- Employee Equity and Benefits Administration: Accurately and timely administer and process employee equity plans, including the Long-Term Incentive Plan. Lead and manage the administration of Company benefit programs, including pension plans and healthcare.
- Payroll Forecasting and Reporting: Manage the monthly payroll forecast files, ensuring all stakeholders receive the information required to accurately forecast spend in their teams. Provide accurate management information including gross to net, reconciliation, and headcount reporting.
- Compliance and Audits: Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure the function meets its statutory audit duties. Provide insight and recommendations to the business on upcoming changes to payroll legislation.
- HR Data Integrity and Security: Be responsible and accountable for HR data integrity, security, quality, and consistency to deliver accurate and reliable data. Ensure that all employee files are kept up to date and maintained to ensure compliance with legislation requirements.
- Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Work collaboratively with other managers and leadership teams in HR and Finance to ensure seamless service delivery. Continuously evaluate the HR Operations service, monitor customer feedback, and identify development needs.
