Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead our HR Operations Team and ensure the highest standards of support are provided to the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the effective and accurate delivery of all transactional processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring they are fit for purpose, delivered with accuracy and within agreed timeframes to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the HR Operations Team and ensure the highest standards of support are provided to the business.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of transactional processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with HR Compliance Framework and relevant FME policies.
  • Manage the administration of Company benefit programs, including pension plans and health care.
  • Provide accurate and timely management information, including gross to net, reconciliation and headcount reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with other managers and leadership teams in HR and Finance to ensure seamless delivery of transactional services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in HR Operations or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HR Compliance Framework and relevant FME policies.
