About the Role:
As a Junior Operations Manager - Business Development at Reconocida Empresa, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency. Your primary focus will be on our Retail business, where you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the operational performance of our HQ Operations team in key areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define process improvements and specify requirements for short- and long-term solutions
- Take ownership of different projects, planning their setup, implementing ideas, managing throughout the projects' duration, and evaluating successes and points for improvement
- Serve as the point of contact for local Operations teams and other departments within the company to clarify processes and targets
Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Practical experience in operations, project management, or a startup
- Fast adapting personality with a strong sense of taking responsibility, initiatives, and working independently
- Analytical thinking and good communication skills with fluency in English - verbal and written
- Very good proficiency with MS-Office, especially MS-Excel
