About the Job

As a Junior Sales and Business Development Specialist at The Reuse Company, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to drive business growth and expand our customer base. Your primary focus will be on sales and consulting activities, leveraging our cutting-edge System Engineering Suite tool set to deliver value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our technologies and become a product expert to help customers grow their business with our technology and expertise.
  • Assist customers in understanding and implementing processes and methods around our tools (consulting).
  • Assist in the rapid assessment of both nature and severity of customer issues.
  • Collect customer feedback and improve internal best practices.
  • Work with the sales team to manage client accounts and potential leads.
  • Perform technical demonstrations and evaluations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Be an advocate for the team and clients, promoting our technologies and services.
  • Collaborate with technical people and industry experts to drive business growth.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and customers to ensure seamless project execution.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about driving business growth and customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you will need:

Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.Technology lover with a strong understanding of computer tools.Associate degree in Computer Science/Engineering or other domain Engineering (Aerospace, Electrical, Electronics, etc.).Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.Strong attention to detail and follow-through.Ability to adapt to shifting corporate workflows and procedures.Willingness to travel around Europe and the USA.
