Sales Development Representative Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) Specialist to join our dynamic international sales team in a remote position. The SDR Specialist will play a crucial role in generating and qualifying leads, initiating sales conversations, and supporting the overall sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads using a variety of sources, including industry reports, company databases, and other platforms, and book conversations for sales representatives.
- Prospect Research: Work closely with the research team to identify and prioritize prospects who align with our target market and have a higher likelihood of converting.
- Qualification: Conduct thorough research to understand prospects' needs, challenges, and decision-making processes. Qualify leads based on defined criteria and a set of questions to ensure our services meet their needs.
- Outreach: Launch campaigns to contact key decision makers and decision influencers through various channels (including personalized messages, videos, and audios) to get their attention for our Global Expansion Services. Support our sales executives to build relationships in their own territory.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with prospects by providing relevant and valuable information about our services. Understand their key challenges and future projects to address their business needs with GoGlobal. Nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborative Support: Be a trusted member of the GoGlobal team, aligning with Marketing and working closely with the International Sales Team to provide support in achieving team goals across multiple time zones, regions, and countries.
- Proactive Skills Demonstration: Take the initiative to showcase your skills and capabilities by suggesting innovative outreach strategies, creating personalized content, and demonstrating your expertise in sales development.
- Data Management: Accurately update and maintain prospect and lead information in the CRM system. Keep track of all interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, meetings set, qualified opportunities, and conversion rates.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends (Business Corporate Solutions, HR trends, and Employer of Record), competitor activities, and market developments to effectively engage with prospects and position our offerings.
