About the Role

Walters People is seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team in Spain. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building and growing sales in your region, working closely with the Regional Business Development Director to find new clients and expand current revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • 6+ years of highly successful commercial/enterprise technology sales experience
  • 3+ years working with ServiceNow
  • Experience with both short cycle (2 months) and long cycle (6 months) sales
  • Prior experience in a start-up environment is not required but will be weighed positively
  • ITIL or any ServiceNow Certifications a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Effective customer relationships
