Cloud Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Business Development Specialist to join our team at Recruit4work SL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the development of new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
- Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling and prospecting.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain customer data in our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
- CRM Experience: Experience with CRM systems, including data management and analysis.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to evaluate multiple business models and develop tailored solutions.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on sales growth and revenue.
