About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Business Support Specialist to join our team at Td Synnex. As a key member of our Cloud Systems & Services team, you will play a critical role in optimizing business processes and ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map and analyze process flows across operations teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Conduct root cause analysis of process inefficiencies and develop recommendations for improvement
  • Monitor cloud resources and identify potential performance bottlenecks
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure homogeneous and up-to-standard processes across locations
  • Ensure appropriate training and skill development for staff on new processes and technologies
  • Review and analyze KPIs and SLAs to ensure expected metrics are met
Requirements
  • Experience in a technical support or operations role, preferably with cloud technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with additional European languages a plus
  • Technical knowledge of tools such as SAP, MS Office, hardware, and operating systems, as well as monitoring tools
