About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Business Support Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our Cloud Systems & Services team, you will play a critical role in optimizing business processes and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map and document process flows across operations teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of process inefficiencies and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor cloud resources and identify potential performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures to ensure consistency and standardization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Experience in a technical support or operations role, preferably with cloud technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical knowledge of cloud platforms, including SAP and MS Office products.
