Cloud Business Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Business Support Specialist to join our team at TD Synnex. As a key member of our Cloud Systems & Services team, you will be responsible for optimizing business processes and providing exceptional support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Process Mapping and Improvement: Map process flows across operations teams, collect and analyze data, identify process gaps, and support process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiencies.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis of process inefficiencies by examining material flow, scheduling, production capacity, and constraints.
- Cloud Resource Monitoring: Proactively monitor cloud resources and identify potential performance bottlenecks.
- Documentation and Training: Document all processes accordingly and ensure all necessary procedures and management processes are implemented to guarantee consistency and standards across locations within the regional scope. Provide training and skill development for all staff on new processes or with outsourced parties.
- Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with countries and other stakeholders under excellence metrics.
- KPI and SLA Management: Review KPIs and SLAs and work to maintain expected metrics.
- Technical Experience: Experience in a technical support or operations role, preferably with cloud technologies.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- International Experience: Comfortable working in an international, result-driven project organization.
- Technical Knowledge: Technical know-how of tools such as SAP, MS Office products, hardware, and operating systems as well as monitoring tools, etc.
- Communication Skills: Written and oral communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Process-Driven: Improve current processes, step-by-step manual creation, communication.
- Cloud Security Experience: Cloud Security experience is a plus.
