The Cloud Business Support Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing business processes for Td Synnex's e-commerce solutions. This includes offering shared services through Td Synnex's owned Shared Service Center and outsourced to service partners in EMEA.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Map process flows across operations teams to identify gaps and support process improvement initiatives
- Conduct root cause analysis of process inefficiencies and identify potential performance bottlenecks
- Monitor cloud resources and document all processes accordingly
- Ensure appropriate training and self-actualization of skills for all staff on new processes or with outsourced parties
- Review KPIs and SLAs and work to maintain expected metrics
**Requirements:**
- Experience in a technical support or operations role, preferably with cloud technologies
- Ability to work autonomously and independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
