About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Strategic Account Manager to join our sales team at Rsgroup. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our customers' organizations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize results.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales principles and practices.
