Key Responsibilities- Strategic Guidance: Provide expert guidance to our sales teams on strategic account planning, solution development, and business growth.
- Solution Development: Lead the development of bespoke solutions that maximize value for our clients and differentiate Parexel from its competitors.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and system needs, and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of solution development experts and provide guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Business Development: Identify business opportunities for Parexel and develop strategies to capture new business.
- Experience: Multiple years of experience in a Life Science industry, with a strong understanding of commercial ecosystems and industry trends.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline is required, advanced scientific or medical degree is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and understandable manner.
- Travel: Willing to travel up to 30%.
