We are currently seeking a Strategic Account Manager (iEMEA) to enhance our team in our distinguished business operating remotely across Europe (preferably Central Europe).

Our division caters to the European, Middle Eastern, African, and Indian (EMEAI) regions for Neogen Corporation, a leading NASDAQ listed enterprise with a workforce exceeding 2,000 globally.

The role is crucial and offers the chance to excel and advance within a prominent organization recognized for its industry leadership.

Responsibilities include:

Driving revenue growth with key accounts. Cultivating and overseeing relationships with Strategic Account regional/global decision-makers, serving as the primary liaison between account headquarters, key stakeholders, and Neogen's internal teams. Formulating and implementing relevant strategies and operational plans, including negotiations and management of regional (global) agreements and pricing structures. Regularly reporting on sales activities to track growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Management, Technical Services, Professional Services, and Planning) and local sales teams to deliver value and solutions that facilitate regional adoption of Neogen methodologies and local sales conversions. Identifying and nurturing new opportunities, sharing successful strategies for replication, testimonials, and updates from other teams. Gaining insight into and managing the operating models of Strategic Accounts, including laboratory locations, decision-making processes, methodologies, organizational structures, and fostering strong relationships with commercial lab clients. Partnering with local sales teams to negotiate and oversee global and regional contracts and pricing, ensuring price consistency. Leading significant initiatives and pricing agreements with other global/regional commercial lab Strategic Accounts as necessary. Representing Neogen at headquarters, R&D centers, decision-making sites, events, and conferences.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Educational background or experience in microbiology or food safety. Willingness to travel for key customer meetings, exhibitions/events, and sales engagements. Familiarity with sales tools, CRM systems, PowerPoint, etc. Goal-oriented, highly self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a dynamic and challenging work environment. Confident and comfortable presenting to various levels, with strong listening skills to understand customer needs. Ability to balance the drive for sales success with the cultivation of long-term, sustainable relationships, demonstrating strong leadership qualities. Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction. A collaborative team player, open to giving and receiving constructive feedback. Strong prioritization skills and effective problem-solving abilities. A degree in a life science discipline or business management is preferred.
