Job SummaryThe Key Account Manager will be responsible for maximizing BeiGene's products in the served territory. This individual will implement the marketing strategy, achieve defined sales and access targets, and develop territory-specific strategic account plans.
Key Responsibilities- Building a strong BeiGene image and awareness in the hemato-oncology market
- Developing long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders
- Responsibility for regional sales and access goals
- Development and execution of commercial projects to optimize patient care
- Organization and execution of local symposia and workshops
- Gathering insights and analyzing information to identify strategic opportunities
- Participation in local, national, and international meetings and symposia
- Life science degree or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of qualified work experience in the heme-oncology market
- Scientific education and experiences in this or similar positions
- Specific knowledge in hemato-oncology
- Strong identification with BeiGene's values and loyalty to the company
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop
- Demonstrated success in a small but fast-growing commercial environment
- Excellent reliable contacts with opinion leaders in the relevant indications
- Knowledge of the distribution structures and distribution channels of drugs
- High social competence and capacity for teamwork
- Highly motivated, solution-oriented, and a positive attitude
