If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Sales team as a Regional Key Account Manager based in Madrid.

About the Role

This role is focused on managing regional accounts with efficiency, ensuring the fulfillment of Kellanova's commercial policy, and generating partnerships with customers. You will be responsible for developing and tracking Annual Operating Plans (AOP) for each client and category, negotiating and finalizing annual contracts with customers, overseeing and managing customer allowances, and collaborating with the Revenue & Sales Development department to plan and execute promotional activities and Category Management projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a university degree and a strong background in sales/commercial positions in FMCG companies. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze and collaborate effectively to drive impactful results. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
