At Kellanova, we're seeking a skilled Regional Key Account Manager to drive regional growth and cultivate key client relationships. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll leverage your expertise in customer focus, communication, and negotiation to ensure the fulfillment of our commercial policy and generate partnerships with regional accounts. Your key responsibilities will include developing and tracking Annual Operating Plans (AOP) for each client and category, negotiating and finalizing annual contracts with customers, overseeing and managing customer allowances, and collaborating with the Revenue & Sales Development department to plan and execute promotional activities and Category Management projects. • Develop and track AOP for each client and category
• Negotiate and finalize annual contracts with customers
• Oversee and manage customer allowances
• Collaborate with Revenue & Sales Development department to plan and execute promotional activities and Category Management projects

Requirements:

• University degree
• Experience working in sales/commercial positions in FMCG companies
• Strong customer focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze and collaborate effectively to drive impactful results
• Fluent in local language (Spanish) and in English
