Job Description

BeiGene is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in the hemato-oncology market. As a commercial representative, you will be responsible for maximizing our products in the served territory and implementing the marketing strategy in the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory-specific strategic account plans in close alignment with other functions.
  • Build a BeiGene image/brand and awareness for our company and our products in the hemato-oncology market.
  • Develop long-lasting relationships based on value addition to key stakeholders in the assigned territory.
  • Responsibility for regional sales and access goals and qualitative performance parameters, as agreed with the Regional Field Manager.
  • Participate in local, national, and international meetings and symposia to ensure customer care and compliance with our values.
Requirements
  • Life science degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Several years of qualified work experience as a commercial representative in the hemato-oncology market.
  • Scientific education and experience in this or similar positions.
  • Strong identification with BeiGene's values and loyalty to the company.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
