Job Summary:

BeiGene is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing BeiGene's products in the served territory, implementing the marketing strategy, and achieving defined sales and access targets within an agreed expense budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop territory-specific strategic account plans in close alignment and collaboration with other functions.
• Support and advise key account customers in the territory in an appreciative, open-minded, and honest manner.
• Build a BeiGene image/brand and awareness for our company and our products in the hemato-oncology market in the served area, as a key scientific and health care partner.
• Develop long-lasting relationships based on value addition to the key stakeholders of the assigned territory.
• Responsibility for the regional sales and access goals and qualitative performance parameters, as agreed with the RFM, coordinated with the market access department.

Requirements:

• Life science degree (university, college) or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of qualified work experience as a commercial representative in the heme-oncology market. Good knowledge of local KOLs.
• Scientific education and experiences in this or similar positions.
• Specific knowledge in hemato-oncology.
• Strong identification with BeiGene's values and loyalty to the company.
• Willingness to learn and continuously develop (training and coaching).
