Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Account Manager to join our sales team focused on enabling our customers to maintain and improve their operations, win and protect business, and contribute to the development of our company.

You will be responsible for developing repeat business, protecting, and growing existing revenue, as well as safeguarding profit margins. To achieve this, you will need to:

  • Identify and target revenue potential within your portfolio.
  • Produce robust business plans that exceed sales and profit targets.
  • Build a detailed understanding of the customers, markets, and competitors.
  • Maintain and upkeep accurate customer records.
  • Build coalitions across the business to support the delivery of sales targets, including with the internal account managers.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have experience in a field-based sales role with account management responsibilities and exposure to working with KPIs and targets. You will also have a solution-led consultative approach to your work, a proven ability in strategic thinking and planning, excellent relationship-building skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability and willingness to embrace change.
