Key Account Manager

BeiGene is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing BeiGene's products in the served territory, implementing the marketing strategy, and achieving defined sales and access targets within an agreed expense budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute territory-specific strategic account plans in close alignment with other functions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned territory.
- Responsibility for regional sales and access goals and qualitative performance parameters, as agreed with the Regional Field Manager.
- Develop and implement commercial projects to optimize patient care in collaboration with key customers.
- Organize and execute local symposia and workshops with key customers.
- Gather insights and analyze available information to identify strategic opportunities at account level.
- Participate and provide customer care in local, national, and international meetings and symposia.
- Life science degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Several years of qualified work experience as a commercial representative in the heme-oncology market.
- Scientific education and experience in this or similar positions.
- Specific knowledge in hemato-oncology.
- Strong identification with BeiGene's values and loyalty to the company.
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop (training and coaching).
- Demonstrated success in a small but fast-growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment.
- Innovative, creative, out of the box thinking.
- Excellent reliable contacts with opinion leaders in the relevant indications.
- Knowledge of the distribution structures and distribution channels of drugs.
- High social competence and capacity for teamwork.
