We are currently seeking a Strategic Account Manager (iEMEA) to enhance our operations across the European, Middle Eastern, African, and Indian territories.

This role is essential for driving our business forward and offers significant opportunities for personal and professional growth within a leading organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearheading revenue enhancement initiatives with key accounts.
  • Cultivating and nurturing relationships with regional and global decision-makers, serving as the primary liaison between account headquarters and Neogen's internal teams.
  • Formulating and implementing strategic plans and tactics, including negotiations and management of regional and global agreements.
  • Regularly reporting on sales activities to track and drive growth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Management, Technical Services, and Sales) to deliver value and solutions that facilitate regional adoption of Neogen's methodologies.
  • Identifying and promoting new opportunities, sharing successful strategies, and disseminating insights from various teams.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of Strategic Accounts' operational frameworks, including laboratory locations and decision-making processes.
  • Partnering with local sales teams to negotiate and oversee global and regional contracts, ensuring price consistency.
  • Leading major projects and pricing negotiations with other commercial lab Strategic Accounts as necessary.
  • Representing Neogen at various corporate and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Educational background or experience in microbiology or food safety is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for key customer engagements and industry events.
  • Familiarity with sales tools, CRM systems, and presentation software.
  • Strong self-motivation and goal orientation, thriving in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to balance competitive drive with the cultivation of long-term, sustainable relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Team-oriented mindset, with the capacity to provide and accept constructive feedback.
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
  • A degree in a life science or business management is required.
