The position
Depending on the Head of the Department of Services and aligned with the sales team, we are looking for a Business Development Professional for Iberia and LATAM, who will ensure the achievement of the area's business objectives and develop and enhance the service proposition during the lifecycle of our products. Their ultimate goal is to increase business volume and grow the portfolio of Clients and Services.

Main responsibilities
- Develop Maintenance proposals/offers to maintain and increase the contracted volume.
- Promote campaigns based on IB and key markets (Replacements, Retrofits, Training, etc.), as well as ad-hoc solutions based on the available portfolio.
- Handle and develop proposals/offers for public tenders until successful completion, considering operational feasibility.
- Diversify the portfolio of Clients and achieve annual revenue targets as per the strategy.
- Maintain continuous contact with Clients and analyze, create, and execute the visitation plan.
- Monitor, achieve, and report on sales figures, profitability, cash flow, etc.
- Participate in the design and implementation of the services business plan, driving its growth.
- Develop and enhance the value proposition of Services.
- Contribute to the development of global strategic projects of the company.

Qualifications and requirements
- Technical Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Over 5 years of experience in sales of products and services within the sector.
- Proficiency in English - Ideally at an advanced level (C1).
- Knowledge of power electronics.
- Proficiency in using computer tools such as SAP and CRM, as well as knowledge of logistics and international trade.
- Availability to travel up to 20% of the time.
- This position offers a hybrid model, allowing you to work from home 1-2 days per week.
