**MISIÓN**
Atender todas las llegadas y salidas del cliente, así como las peticiones, solicitudes y reclamaciones, del huésped.
**FUNCIONES ESENCIALES**
- Recibir a cada cliente con un cálida bienvenida, sonrisa, contacto visual y usando el nombre del cliente.
- Realizar las gestiones relacionadas con la ocupación y venta de las habitaciones.
- Realizar labores propias de la facturación y cobro
- Recibir, tramitar y dirigir las reclamaciones de los clientes a los servicios correspondientes.
- Realizar las entradas de clientes (Check-in) y tramitar las salidas de clientes (Check-out)
- Manejo minucioso de la caja.
- Coordinación con el departamento de Housekeeping el estado de las habitaciones.
- Promover y participar en la formación de los nuevos asociados del departamento de recepción
- Asegurar la confidencialidad de los datos personales de los clientes.
- Conocer y llevar a cabo una adecuada política de seguridad y salud laboral.
**CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOS DEL PUESTO, CAPACIDADES Y HABILIDADES**
- Trabajar de forma responsable conociendo todos los recursos disponibles en la compañía.
- Manejar correctamente el tiempo y agenda de trabajo para conseguir los objetivos establecidos por la Dirección.
- Demostrar un conocimiento de la importancia del lenguaje no verbal en la comunicación e interacción con el clientes y con los compañeros.
- **Imprescindible: alto nível hablado y escrito de Español, inglés (se valorará muy positivamente el alemán)**
- Habilidad para solucionar conflictos

- Alta orientación al cliente, amabilidad y simpatía
**EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA**
ØDiplomatura en Turismo o FP Similar
ØMínimo 2 años de experiência como ayudante de recepción en hoteles 5*
Ø Se valorará conocimientos del sistema operativo Opera
