Customer Service – Data Entry

Desde ConTalento, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Customer Service – Data Entry para una compañía referente en su sector de ámbito internacional y líder en la fabricación y distribución de productos para el mantenimiento y funcionamiento del hogar ubicada en Málaga. Dentro de su planificación de desarrollo y siguiendo el plan estratégico de crecimiento, precisan incorporar una persona cuya misión principal será contribuir al éxito comercial de la compañía, fortaleciendo al equipo y aumentando el volumen de negocio.



Requisitos:

Entre las funciones que deberá desarrollar la persona que se incorpora, se encuentran:

 

Gestionar la relación telefónica con clientes:


  • Atender llamadas entrantes y salientes, resolviendo consultas, brindando información y ofreciendo soluciones efectivas a las necesidades de los clientes.
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes actuales, asegurando su satisfacción y resolviendo problemas de manera eficiente, asegurando una experiencia positiva en cada interacción.
  • Registrar todas las interacciones con los clientes en la base de datos de la empresa, asegurando que la información esté actualizada y sea precisa.
  • Recopilar feedback de los clientes y proporcionar sugerencias para mejorar los productos, servicios y procesos internos de la empresa.

 

Encargarse de las ventas a través de plataformas online:


  • Procesar y gestionar pedidos realizados a través de las plataformas online.
  • Proveer un excelente servicio al cliente en el entorno digital, respondiendo a consultas, quejas y solicitudes de manera oportuna y profesional.
  • Utilizar herramientas analíticas para monitorear el desempeño de las ventas online, identificar tendencias y oportunidades de mejora.

 

Alimentar y mantener actualizada la base de datos (Data Entry):


  • Introducir con precisión la información de clientes, pedidos, productos y cualquier otro dato relevante en la base de datos de la empresa.
  • Asegurar que todos los datos se manejen de manera confidencial y cumpliendo con las normativas de protección de datos.
  • Identificar y corregir cualquier error o inconsistencia en los datos almacenados.
  • Producir informes y análisis basados en los datos registrados para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas de la empresa.


Requisitos:


  • Formación académica relacionada con ventas, marketing, administración de empresas o similar.
  • Idiomas: Para la posición se requiere nivel de inglés B2-C1 o francés B2-C1.
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en un puesto similar.
  • Se requiere un perfil digital con conocimientos informáticos profesionales que sea capaz de gestionar eficazmente las ventas a través de plataformas online y documentos Excel.


Condiciones contractuales:


  • Contrato indefinido.
  • Ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y dinámico
  • Salario: 17.000€ BA
