About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Dutch-speaking Support Specialist to join our team at Importante Empresa. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that all customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
