**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador in our Malaga hub. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide efficient, polite, friendly, and honest responses to customer queries and requests.
  • Maintain high-quality service while adjusting and personalizing support to meet every customer's needs.
  • Write and design detailed reports to track customer interactions and feedback.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

**Requirements**

  • A native level of Norwegian and at least B2 level of English.
  • Strong written and communicative skills, with excellent telephone communication skills and listening skills.
  • Ability to work proactively at a fast pace and be energetic and innovative.
  • Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft and Internet.
  • A valid work permit in Spain or an EU passport.
