David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our client's support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist customers with their queries and provide solutions to their problems.
- Be the first point of contact for customers and resolve their queries and related requests.
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at all times.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Danish language skills, both oral and written.
- Fluent English language skills (at least B2 level).
- Prior working experience in customer service or support is considered an advantage.
- Previous experience from the banking sector or a credit institution (primarily from the Nordic countries) is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations.
- Understanding of economics and numbers.
- Fast learner who easily adapts to new IT systems and tools.
- Able to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
- A clean and stable economic history, with no records of non-payment.
What We Offer:
- An excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance.
- A higher salary from the 7th month.
- Working hours: 08:00 - 16:00 Monday-Thursday, 09:00 - 16:00 Friday.
- 23 working days of paid annual leave.
