**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As an Airport Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our students and guests at Malaga Airport.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Communicate with airport taxi companies to ensure accurate information
  • Verify arrival and departure lists to ensure correct information
  • Greet guests and provide them with information about their accommodation
  • Work closely with the Accommodation team to prepare arrival and departure lists

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft systems, including Excel
  • Ability to work weekends and be available for on-call duties
