About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Minacs. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention targets
Requirements:
- Native or proficient in Danish and advanced level of English
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
