Customer Support Representative Job Description

David Kennedy Recruitment Ltd is a leading recruitment agency providing unparalleled services for international companies across Europe. We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Danish speaking Customer Support Representative for their Benalmadena office.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer contacts via phone and mail, assisting customers with their queries and resolving any issues promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer contacts via phone and mail
  • Assist customers with their queries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively
  • Be the first point of contact for customers and resolve their queries and related requests
  • Ensure customers receive the highest level of service at all times
Requirements:
  • Native/fluent in Danish, both oral and written
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Prior working experience in customer service/support is considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
